If you need to cancel your hotel room prior to the convention, please contact KJA before canceling your room with The Hilton Downtown Lexington. We may be able to use your room for another attendee.

JUDGES: KJA staff will reserve your hotel room. If you need a room, please select which night(s) you need a room during registration.

Attire

It’s your Convention. We want you to be comfortable. Business casual attire is suitable at any time. As hotel meeting rooms can be chilly, we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received by attendees on or before September 10, 2024 are 100% refundable.

​

Event venues do not allow reductions in food and beverage commitments after September 10, therefore, we are unable to offer refunds after September 10. However, confirmed attendees are provided CLE materials.

By registering, you agree to abide by CDC guidelines, convention venue rules and regulations, state rules and regulations, and guidelines KJA may implement to ensure your and other attendees’ safety in effect at the time of the Convention.
